Chip-In for Gracie We had an emergency this weekend, with new mama kitty, Gracie. Her foster, Tracey, had to rush her to the Central Victoria Animal Hospital because her birthing did not go well. She needed a blood transfusion which helped her to gain the strength to give birth to 2 kittens! Unfortunately 6 didn’t not survive as she was so malnourished, anemic and basically just skin & bones from living in an abandoned hoarder’s home. Gracie was one of many animals that Tracey & her friend Kerry worked to rescue, get vet care for and find good homes for. GVAC has taken on a lot of the cats & kittens and paid for the vet care for all who needid it, including a ferret. If anyone is able to donate even a little bit it would be very much appreciated.
