“Ah, these bring back memories! Remember when toys were made of metal and not plastic? The best Star Wars toys were the diecast metal ships.
The Y Wing was probably the coolest because it has so many moving parts. The gun turret spins. The silver button behind it releases the small red plastic bomb. The “kickstand” is retractable. Both wings come off. This vehicle is about 70 percent diecast metal with plastic parts. There are paints chips and the plastic looks a bit aged, but it is in very good condition. It’s about 6” x 4” and stands about 1.5 inches tall. Circa 1980’s - stamp on the bottom says copyright 1979.
Very heavy, but it will fit comfortably in a small priority mail box for flat rate shipping of $4.95.
I hope you enjoy this blast from the past!”
